the property was clean and the staff were extremely friendly. The breakfast was well organized, tasted amazing with a great Selection. Jonathon went above and beyond during our check in process after an extremely stressful Travel experience, There’s not enough great things I can say about the customer service we experienced from Jonathon. the rest of the staff had big shoes to fill after Jonathon set the bar high on why we could expect as far as customer service went and everyone stepped up to the challenge. house keeping was extremely thoughtful when it came to our possessions in the room which helped us feel even more safe and secure. The customer service we received from Jonathon and other staff member was so wonderful it actually set a whole new standard for us that we didn’t think was possible to experience. we vacation 3-7 times a year as a family, if I could choose this establishment in each and every place we visited I would and we have since recommended this facility to all the incoming family members whose soldiers are stationed at Fort Leonard Wood . After speaking with multiple other families who were there for the same graduation but stayed at other hotels it is clear we had not only the best facilities to stay at but the best staff to work with as well. Thank you for making a very important part of our lives that much better with such a wonderful experience, our daughter who has an anxiety disorder felt safe and comfortable the whole time because of the staff and cleanliness of the location those kinds of things are priceless.

The hotel was beautiful so clean .linen pure white fresh even 4 fluffy pillows on each bed special make up remover wipes and towels ..so kind I tell you the staff is A+ friendly helpful even they were so neat and professional .. The breakfast full of choices and so clean ...pool open 24 hrs and gym ..by far one of the nicest hotels ... I have stayed at resorts ..that could take lessons from this hotel ..I wish my trip was longer because I loved this place and location right off exit and everything there all stores .buffet..fast food.. dollar tree and walking distance to Ft Leonard wood front gate .. I promise u this is the hotel to pick for your stay especially if u have soldier in Ft Leonard wood. This hotel get the Gold for me.🙂

When we stay in hotels, we look for the big breakfast the next morning and that the rooms are clean, and that the staff smile and are friendly. We have noticed since 2020, we don't see a lot of smiling and friendly employees in the customer service area. I have worked customer service all of my life and I know it doesn't take much to smile and speak nicely and give attention to people, especially when that is your job and you're being paid for it. But, we got all of that with this stay.

Everything their advertising promised was available, my stay was short and I did not get to use the gym but we did go to the pool. It was open 24 hours so on our last night we relaxed a bit in the hot tub. An early check in was accomodated for us due to our flight time. Everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. They even gave us recommendations for restaurant options. The facilities were clean and there is on site parking. Coffee was freshly brewed and strong enough.

The property was clean and so conveniently located. we walked to Dairy Queen for a delicious little treat. the faculty is perfect for short term or long term travel. the staff were so friendly and super helpful. we felt very welcome through our stay. Breakfast is included and it was delicious.
